At Taylor Shoes we want you to be able to shop with confidence. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a refund. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery and must be in resalable condition. The buyer’s original form of payment will be credited when their return is received. All items that you want to return for reorder must be received within 90 days of purchase

Exchange Policy

Due to our high volume of sales, we cannot exchange items. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply return the unwanted shoes for a refund and place a new order for the shoes that you want. Please fill out the form below to receive your Return Authorization Number.

US Orders: Should you choose to order replacement items you will be credited corresponding shipping charges related to your replacement order (Shipping credit only applies to orders mailed to US addresses).

International Orders: Should you choose to order replacement items you will be credited $5.00 shipping per pair returned on your new order (Maximum $5.00 credit per shoe reordered).

Also, please note:

• The buyer must notify Taylor Shoes within 5 business days of receiving their order if there is an error in the order.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• The buyer is responsible for costs related to sending shoes back to Taylor Shoes.
